the class should be an easy A if you try. the course is kinda challenging but ant works with you, not against you. no official quiz or final and the class consists of 3 types of assignments: speech prep, speech, speech reflection. thats it. ant is very caring and funny. just show enthusiasm and willingness to improve and ur good + go to class :)COMM1112 2025-12-15 22:28:54 +0000 UTC
Ant is really funny, and its an easy A if you just do the work.1113 2025-11-23 23:53:49 +0000 UTC
he is a great person and a great teacher, cares about everyone. tough class because public speaking is hard, but as long as the effort is there you will get a good grade. very leninent and understanding on everything and you genuienly learn from it + its a useful skill. take him!!!1112 2025-04-02 21:16:12 +0000 UTC
goat moment for prof ant, his humour is so awkward but if you just let yourself laugh and practice for your speeches youll do great! most understanding prof i have ever had.COMM1112 2025-05-09 03:02:08 +0000 UTC
I have nothing negative to say. I think everyone needs to take Ant's class - he knows what he's doing and he makes sure you do too. His style of teaching is very unique - from the candy bucket to cancelling class when he knows everyone's drained, he cares more about his students than many professors I know. Could not recommend enough!!1113 2024-11-23 17:57:52 +0000 UTC
I don't even know where to start/ don't want to speak too much on how Ant has changed the way I look at life now. He goes above and beyond by talking about more things besides Public Speaking. He's also one of the most emotionally intelligent people I've EVER met. He is a harsh grader but out of constructive intent. 10/10!1112 2024-12-03 03:35:58 +0000 UTC
Fantastic teacher, cares for the students and ensures that lectures stay engaging and effective. Ant is very helpful for improving your speaking ability and he does his best to ensure that you understand your shortcomings without feeling attacked for them. One of the best classes I've had and would suggest all to take this course with him.COMM1112 2025-04-16 04:58:32 +0000 UTC
He's one of those professors you really can't forget and it was literally like hitting a jackpot. He didn't have a rate my professor before so I was scared but he helped with my public speaking while being the funniest professor i've ever had. He's so relatable and doesnt do any bs. He gives out candy and A's, couldn't ask for a better prof.1113 2024-11-15 15:26:57 +0000 UTC
Ant is easily one of the best professors I've ever had. His lectures are not only engaging but truly interesting—he has a way of making every topic feel meaningful and relevant. Nothing ever felt like busy work; everything he taught had a clear purpose. On top of that, he's funny, approachable, and incredibly understanding toward students.COMM1112 2025-04-13 17:09:05 +0000 UTC
A genuine and caring professor that makes sure to criticize your speaking skills while also bringing you up. Also has little extra credit opportunities throughout the semester. I cannot recommend him enough.COMM1112 2024-12-11 21:43:26 +0000 UTC
