Absolutely awesome professor, really cares about you becoming a good public speaker. You need to spend time practicing for the speeches.Spend time on the speeches though, don't take this class for an easy A. Professor Trifiro was great for public speaking. Could not have asked for a better public speaking course/professor. Grading was extremely reasonable manageable. The speeches were not overly complex and sometimes even enjoyable. Professor Trifiro is one of the kindest professors! She is a flexible grader and provides practice speech activities to make the class less daunting. Participation is very important, as she allows earning 10 points every class. Only critique is that she doesn't always provide feedback after grading speeches that do well.
