Professor McClish is incredibly kind and caring. You do get a lot of papers, but so long as you budget your time it wont be too bad. Do study for exams because theyre make or break. Prof. McClish is one of the best profs I have had to date. She is kind, caring and truly passionate about what she teaches. She gives detailed and engaging lectures. She is a fair grader who has high expectations for her students, but offers them all the tools they need to succeed. McClish's class is by far the most difficult class I've ever taken. She explains everything you need to know in her lectures and gives amazing study guides but START STUDYING EARLY. she's a really tough grader be sure to participate. take notes on the reading on your laptop and add to them during lecture its the only way to keep up.CM115 2017-03-15 19:50:34 +0000 UTC
Professor McClish was my favorite Communications Professor to have. She is not the toughest professor or the easiest professor but she is one of my favorites. A big portion of our class was a group project but her grading wasn't that hard. McClish, is awesome, she is truely passionate about what she teaches and her lectures are interesting and relatable. Her notes, however, are a little hard to follow, so I reccomend writing down what she says, not what she writes on the board. Lots of reading for the class, but she lectures in class so you don't really have to read until the review for exam. She gives you the questions that are going to be on the exam, and theres no final. Prof. McClish is great. She's funny and is willing to help all of her students. She is a little crazy, I do admit, but it makes her lectures interesting. Just make sure you do her reading (and there is alot of reading) and you'll be set. She's a hard grader, but she's fair.
