Though usually nice, Medley lacks time management skills- she neither paces her lectures well nor returns things in a timely manner. She is well-intentioned, but needs to improve her effectiveness. Seriously my favorite professor so far at Northeastern. She is energetic, interesting, and funny. There are no quizzes or pointless assignments. Midterm, final. and group project. Fun and quirky but don't let that fool you- she's TOUGH. Impossible grader and picks everything apart- even if you get a good grade on a test or assignment, expect the entire page to be covered in red pen. I don't get why people say that she is an unclear professor. She is quirky--yes--but also extremely intelligent and knowledgable in her field. Her lectures are very entertaining + educational at the same time. Mid-term + Final are take-home. Attendence wasn't mandatory (she posts class lectures/notes on blackboard), but it is helpful to go to class. Got to watch some interesting videos. NOT ONE PERSON IN OUR CLASS CAN UNDERSTAND ANY THING SHE SAYS SHE SPEAKS IN SUCH AN ADVANCED LANUAGE YOU NEED A DICTIONARY TO KNOW WHAT SHES SAYS.. Her style and humor make students excited to attend the next class. I really enjoyed sitting through this course and laughing hysterically while learning. Surprisingly talented for being so young. Brings a LOT of substance to her course, which sufficiently shuts up jackasses. Lets idiots ramble b/c she's too nice to tell them to shut it.
