She teaches from her slides and audios from the textbook. Half the time her questions on her quizzes and exams are not even discussed from the slides. Very boring lecture and does not how to make all her students participate. AVOID if you want a fun elective. Quizzes + tests determine majority of your grade. The quizzes are 5 questions with written response, questions aren't covered on slides, and graded harsh. Midterm average was like a ~60 with NO CURVE. Go get your DD credit with someone else.MUSC1112 2026-04-19 23:41:32 +0000 UTC
Jazz at NEU is no longer the easiest class in the world, but it's far more interesting now that she teaches it. has a firm grasp on the material, and handles a huge and complex topic tactfully.
