There is a lot of material to cover and a short amount of time, so classes are long. He grades as he sees fit! A class of five, 2 people pass. He told us if our grades were improved, he would pass us. The grades went from failing to a C, still thought it wasn't good enough, and failed all three students. Great teacher and a great guy. Meas. and Ananysis isn't a very hard class. It is very straight forward. Just make sure you study. Many were caught off gaurd. Homeworks are worth nearly nothing in the class (5%). Lab reports are (50%). Don't be afraid to challenge you lab grades with the TA or directly with Doughty. Doughty is a great teacher. He is very fair and clear about what needs to be done. He is also a fun guy. Keeps the classes attention and Loves Connor Larkins. The class was mildly interesting, but very easy. Half of your grade is from the Lab reports and the midterms are only worth %10. Homework is only %5.MIMU505 2008-05-02 11:07:17 +0000 UTC
