I suggest u avoid her at all costs. She is one of those high school type 'i hate the world' teachers. Her main priority is organizational part of the class rather than the drawing process itself. We only were allowed to draw whole figures. No instruction was given to face drawing, barely anything for hands and feels. Nothing for necks, muscle, bone protrusion. Homeworks were abo****ely useless, imaginative drawing for a figure drawing class? Learned more in basic drawing. Jodie is a great drawing teacher. She expects you to take the class seriously, especially the sketchbook assignments. Her critiques are helpful, but you better remember what she says about your work because she doesn't give you a written critique.
