Lots of reading and weekly homework. Boring lectures with occasionally interesting guest speakers. Easy class. Do your work on time and you'll get an AARTG1001 2026-02-26 23:46:23 +0000 UTC
he is the best of all the design lecturers. okay the lectures are long, and he does give lots of reading, but for the most part it is all fairly interesting, and you can def grasp the points by skimming through/showing up to class most of the time. overall he is very accomplished in the design world but still lighthearted and approachable. easy A.1001 2026-01-13 19:59:47 +0000 UTC
The assignments don't reflect knowledge in the class and most of it is based on listening comprehension skills while projects can be fun very time consuming for so few credits1001 2025-12-11 18:36:59 +0000 UTC
no 2 credit class should be this strict and its so lecture heavy1001 2025-12-11 18:34:41 +0000 UTC
lee is great, and you can tell he is knowledgeable when it comes to design perspectives. attendence every class gets old after the first week, especially since the guest speakers werent always the most interesting/relevant. it is also just a very long block of time to sit in a lecture hall. a little too serious for a 2credit course, but not awful.1001 2025-12-04 16:28:25 +0000 UTC
Another foundational design course similar to most of the foundation courses. The material feels redundant, especially the hw. The discussions are easy to write, but the seminar for this class is pretty boring and overwhelming with busy work. Another example of how CAMD needs major curriculum reformation. Would never take this class willingly.1001 2025-12-03 20:18:18 +0000 UTC
guest speakers are irrelevant sometimes, but attendance is mandatory regardless of major and interest, which is fine but a bit annoying. Very repetitive assignments, gets tiring, lecture hall is the worst room in the building, such cramped inconvenient seating, and he keeps making people get up and move around and its really such a hassle1001 2025-11-27 23:20:29 +0000 UTC
While lecture heavy Professor Lee still stands as my favorite professor. He's incredibly knowledgeable in his field and as a CEO of his own design studio he has given great advice about his practice. For someone who had never taken an art class before I found it was very easy as well as inspiring.1001 2025-11-18 15:41:09 +0000 UTC
One of my favorite professors so far. Lectures were engaging and featured guest speakers with fresh povs. Studio felt like an open, collaborative space that made it easy to stay involved. Projects were flexible and allowed us to explore our interests, which made the work genuinely enjoyable.1001 2025-03-31 18:03:14 +0000 UTC
Extremely complicated homework and very lecture heavy. I took this as an easy elective but the grading certainly doesn't satisfy the criteria of an easy elective.1001 2025-02-07 17:18:41 +0000 UTC
