Although a fairly dry lecturer, I think Weagraff did a great job explaining all of the arguments/moral issues we had to know for class. We had only 4 tests throughout the semester that made up our grade. was a long and lecture-heavy class with a lot of info, but he is super knowledgeable. the test/quizzes were pretty reasonable and straightforward. only grades for the class were 2 quizzes, midterm and final. readings were kind of long but he usually discussed them in class. really nice guy. reminds me of Richard burke from FriendsPHIL1165 2018-04-25 15:13:31 +0000 UTC
I rented the textbook for this class, and although you could pass the class without doing the reading, you had to reference the textbook for essays during tests. Going to class is really important, because the lecture slides are the most valuable thing to study for the test.
