Learn from his lecture slides a lot!COMM1255 2026-01-09 02:39:05 +0000 UTC
Prof. Reagle is a really nice professor and is very passionate about the course. It's high-level course so it won't be an easy A, but he makes the material interesting to learn so you'll want to participate. You'll be reading and writing a lot, but it's not unbearable. He is very flexible about word-count and essay topics. I recommend this course!COMM4625 2020-12-04 18:13:19 +0000 UTC
Amazing professor. Teaches real world concepts that are actually useful.COMM1231 2017-06-05 15:45:45 +0000 UTC
Professor Reagle was my favorite teacher I've had. He had very clear expectations and was good at reminding students about them. The readings could be long but very interesting, and at first the tech work feels tedious but is also pretty interesting and can definitely be beneficial in the future! He was a hard grader, but fair & gave good feedback.COMM1255 2025-04-26 01:11:28 +0000 UTC
Amazing professor! Very intelligent and inspiring. Cares about his students. I learnt a lot in his class.COMM4625 2017-06-05 20:53:41 +0000 UTC
Professor Reagle is one of the most straightforward professors I've ever had. He definitely does things his way but he explains exactly what he wants from his students and helps you figure it out along the way. In my experience, those who do not like him as a professor didn't put effort into the class. It definitely will not be easy but he's fair.COMM1231 2017-06-05 15:38:23 +0000 UTC
Dr. Reagle is an amazing and intelligent professor. The class is not easy, and he is a difficult grader, but the environment and topics are exciting. I would take this class and any other one by him again. I learned so much, and he always has the best examples to lock in the information. This class is what college is about!COMM1255 2025-04-10 16:59:19 +0000 UTC
The class itself is pretty basic, but due to the fact that it's a required Comm class Reagle makes it much more enjoyable than it typicaly would be. As long as you participate in class and read most of the required readings you will get a great grade. He is also super nice and understanding if you try to approach him after class.COMM1231 2013-10-16 13:34:32 +0000 UTC
Reagle is very smart and a tough grader. There is only one exam and its in the middle of the sem for dig age comm and it is unfairly difficult. If you do well on reading responses and the final essay you should be fine but he is a tough grader. If you follow his directions very closely you will do well otherwise you should NOT take his course.COMM1255 2024-05-08 22:39:48 +0000 UTC
Professor Reagle showed his enthusiasm for the course. He is knowledgeable and enjoys what he does. He makes it difficult for students to share the enjoyment. Prof Reagle graded everything way too intensely for a gen ed course. It sucked a lot of the joy out of the work, knowing that you won't be properly rewarded for your efforts, as As are rare.COMM1255 2024-04-25 02:22:50 +0000 UTC
I thoroughly enjoyed Professor Reagle's class. Always has great examples, very easy to follow. I definitely recommend taking this class!COMM1255 2019-06-17 16:23:10 +0000 UTC
Id never take this professor again. Grade was basically based on 1 test. He gave me a 50 & when I went to him and he said "well that is right but I wanted this specific answer I talked about a month ago" for the whole test. No points back, 79.86% in the class, wouldn't round to a B-. Participated more 2nd half, got lower part. grade. Makes no senseCOMM1255 2016-11-16 14:56:04 +0000 UTC
