Absolutely adore Judy. She really wants you to do well, play around, and explore your options. Everything is self-paced in terms of projects and hw. She's there for guidance and is very open-minded. It is a lot of time spent on projects both in and out of class though. Pretty typical studio art class.artf1122 2024-04-23 23:56:48 +0000 UTC
Prof. Brown is great. Friendly, eccentric, and outgoing. She wants her students to succeed more than anything. Series 1 and 2 are tedious and extremely boring, but the second part of the semester is very open ended and allows you to do what you want. She is reasonable with due dates and grades, and I highly recommend taking her class!artf1122 2023-04-24 19:51:00 +0000 UTC
Professor Brown really cares about her students and wants them to succeed. I wouldn't say I learned a lot in this class, but I had fun and explored my art style. She encourages mixed media and digital art. She did not lecture at all, but had us read articles about composition. The work is all individual, I wish there was more collaboration.artf1122 2023-04-14 03:02:43 +0000 UTC
