had her for gender studies, and it was one of my favorite classes! Kat is super nice, really funny, and has a true passion for sociology. Topics covered in class were super interesting as well. Gender Studies: Really great teacher + a very interesting class. There was a lot of reading but not hard to get though. Lots of response papers but she isn't a hard grader and as long as you do the work you shouldn't have a problem getting an A. shes a GREAT teacher. me and 3 of my friends all had socu101 with 4 different teachers and i had by far the easiest time. you have 3 multiple choice exams and a final paper. SOOOO easy. i spent 99% of this class on facebook and ichat and still got an A-!SOCU101 2009-01-09 00:07:57 +0000 UTC
