Professor is really knowledgeable, sometimes goes through lecture material fast but is accessible to help. There was a lot of reading for class but some of it is used for extra credit which is a nice option. Professor Senier is very caring and flexible with her students. Class is available on zoom if you are sick and you could really tell she cares about her students. Extremely nice professor and she really knows her material. Interesting class and I learned a lot. Great lecturer. Class discussions were by far the best part of the course; not planned, but as we learned with the lecture we would naturally drift into a class conversation which would make class very engaging. Really engaging professor. The "lectures" are very discussion based and she made the 100 person intro class feel like an intimate 30 person class. Topics covered were very intriguing and made me seriously consider majoring in sociology.
