I love Dr. Ricci. Her lectures are interesting and energetic. She is willing to go off topic and answer questions students have about the brain. She clearly outlines the information, tells you whats on the exams and she provides recorded lectures that you can listen to. Dr. Ricci is incredibly knowledgeable, but her lectures can be a bit disorganized at times. Her slides aren't great, but that's because she barely needs them to teach effectively. Class was super interesting. Responds to emails quickly. PowerPoints are super sparse; have to hear lectures in person or they'll make no sense. No rubrics and grades based on her personal opinions of the course material. Professor Ricci is both a hilarious and extremely effective teacher in her field of study. Her classes are always engaging, interesting and enjoyable. They are run in a more casual setting which takes a lot of pressure off of students and makes them feel more comfortable to speak up.
