Professor Davis was an okay teacher. Participation matters, but if you miss a few classes, you certainly won't fall behind. We had 2 papers: 1 was 2-3 pages and had 95.5% mean while the other was 5-7 pages with a 90% mean (so they are pretty straight forward). one of those professors that is very knowledgeable in what they teach but doesn't spark interest in a lot of people. Professor Davis only graded by a few major assignments, and she does not believe in 100s. She rarely handed out a 100 on assignments even though she did not have a grading rubric. Everyone tried their best in following the small amount of directions she gave, but she would find a way to deduct points. She wasn't the worse professor but, she did not give any feedback on assignments or provide rubrics for major assignments which made it hard to complete according to her expectations. Patricia isn't a bad professor, she just doesn't offer good feedback and her lectures are a little boring. No one really paid attention to them and still did well.
