The class itself is hard, but professor Serafim is an excellent teacher.EECE2410 2012-12-22 23:12:43 +0000 UTC
He is the best out of the 4+ professors that teach Linear Circuits which is a very difficult course. He is extremely willing to help, take advantage of his office hours. Don't worry if you don't understand the examples the first time, just ask questions and you will get it.CIRCUITS 2009-04-30 10:19:18 +0000 UTC
he is extremely helpful, respectable, knowledgeable, and a very good person. take with him.ECE400 2008-11-22 21:30:18 +0000 UTC
I had Prof. Serafim twice. I had him first for Circuits class, and it was really hard. The second time it was Emags. He does his research in Emags, and it shows, as I learned a ton from him in Emags but had no clue in Circuits. He cares a lot about his students and grades fairly. It was just a lot harder in Circuits because he didn't teach as well.ECEU440 2007-01-02 15:02:20 +0000 UTC
Excellet professor and person!!!ECE301 2006-12-13 21:00:34 +0000 UTC
Best Professor I've ever had.EMAG 2006-04-05 15:46:28 +0000 UTC
Difficult to listen to. Gives terrible in class notes. Willing to answer questions if you can follow his lecture enough to ask them. Needs to explain material in different ways to make up for where the book is lacking. He's a nice guy, but it's a hard course; you may need a tutor.ECEU400 2004-12-23 00:43:55 +0000 UTC
He is an excellent teacher for a hard class. You really have to put in the hours for the homework in this class, and go to class every day. Your grade is based on homework, 2 midterms and the final. Grades are scaled at the end. Be careful, he writes his V's like U's.ECE400CIRCUITS 2004-11-21 11:23:22 +0000 UTC
This person is more than a genuis! He knows everything about what he teaches. I think Northeastern is very very lucky to have him on their facultyECEG202 2004-04-20 20:49:27 +0000 UTC
He is the best professor I ever had!EECE3440 2014-01-23 00:04:14 +0000 UTC
He's really nice. He gives alot of Homework questions which consist of 20% of the final grade. He explains the material using different techniques which is good. But the course is hard tho and u need to work hard.EECE2410 2011-04-03 14:38:15 +0000 UTC
Prof Serafim is great. He is really smart, he really knows his stuff. One of the smartest professors I have had. The class was kind of hard but it is scaled a lot.CIRCUITS 2006-08-13 22:38:20 +0000 UTC
