To start I took ANTH 3421 not 3100, but that option wasn't provided. Prof. Sabherwal is genuinely one of the best profs I have ever had. She is kind, intelligent, and passionate. Her lectures were always helpful and easy to grasp. She cares deeply for her students' wellbeing and overall success. Greatest experience with a professor ever! Conversation focused class, cultivates a compassionate space. Lots of reading but goes over material. Grades easy and her comments are constructive and empowering. Cares about students learning and personally. Listens to students and incorporates feedback. My favorite prof I've had at Northeastern. She cares more about students' well-being and that they're actually enjoying the course and absorbing material than shoving it down our throats with quizzes and busy work.
