She doesn't know how to organize the canvas nor give clear instructions about assignments. Despite non of her lectures are related to the test, tests should be an easy B+ or above as long as you read the chapters that's in the exam. She grades presentations and debates really leniently. Participation is so important in the class, yet it's somewhat hard to find opportunities to do so. This is because she asks a lot of questions about life experiences that most kids just don't have. This class is an absolute snooze fest, multiple kids sleeping every single class. Dont recommend taking unless you like sitting through 1 hour+ lectures while she talks the entire time about nothing on the tests. Nothing to be learned in class. prof un is very knowledgeable about international relations and keeps up with current events. however, she is very culturally insensitive and shares her opinions about other cultures with no regard for students in the class. her lectures are summaries of the textbook, and the group projects drove us insane. she does grade fairly, which is a plus.INTB 2022-05-09 20:34:28 +0000 UTC
Nice lady but cannot teach effectively. Focuses far too much on Asian countries in attempting to tie in course content with reality. That being said, incorporate Asia into your papers or group project and you'll get an A.
