I have read some of the post and although Baldwin expects you to do the work--she cares about students, she goes out of her way for students and she makes herself available. Baldwin's class is pretty tough, but she really tries to make the material clear and easy to understand. She offers a lot of extra credit opportunities and usually accidentally mentions any suprise quizes. Baldwin is the kind of prof. you either hate or you love. She challenges you with difficult exams but you will definitely get more out of her class than others.
