Prof Cuevas explained material very thoroughly and gave plenty of examples, esp from his own experiences. He's aware that some of the material can be a little dry at times but he put in an effort to keep it interesting. Funny guy. He had a couple guest speakers talk about law school and specific areas of lawpsychology. Easy, enjoyable class!CRIM4710 2015-04-09 21:24:02 +0000 UTC
Cuevas is one of the best professors I have ever had. He explains everything so well and does a great job making boring stats class entertaining. Little homework and as long as you pay attention and follow along you'll do fine!CJU382 2009-06-08 01:47:03 +0000 UTC
Uses powerpoint, incorporates current material into class and plenty of class discussion. Midterm, 10 pg paper, 3 quizzes and a final. Class requires effort, but it is worth it in the end. Cuevas is the best CJ professor in the dept. He truly wants students to learn as much as possible.CJU518 2009-01-11 16:57:32 +0000 UTC

Amazing professor!! I loved attending his class, even on the days with dry material. He makes class interesting and is passionate about the subject, and this reflects in his teaching. The tests are easy if you attend class and study, I never read the books and got an A. By far the best class Ive taken so far in college.CJ525 2007-12-11 00:24:13 +0000 UTC
