Prof. Pereira was a great professor! You can tell she cares deeply about the topic and is experienced within the field, yet she's still lighthearted, approachable, and easily accessible. There are two bigger group assignments (with the same people), so it really depends on who you get paired with, but she has a system for ranking effort.CRIM2320 2025-12-17 03:44:04 +0000 UTC
Super sweet! So much reading to do tho, you will most likely not even try to do it at the end of the semester. Weekly discussion posts but only like 20 mins, but you have to pay for the program. Two group projects with assigned groups, but relatively light is you have a good group. She's very easy to talk to and passionate about the topic.CRIM2320 2025-12-09 03:14:30 +0000 UTC
She's super nice and understanding, but lots of group projects with the same pre-assigned group, so cross your fingers you get a good one. Leanient grading, but there is a discussion board every week.CRIM2320 2025-11-09 01:44:09 +0000 UTC
Prof Pereira was sweet, but I'm not sure I would take her again. I liked this course, and you were assigned a group to work throughout semester which I found valuable -- very project-based and several weekly readings.CRIM2320 2025-05-09 07:34:12 +0000 UTC
