the worst class ever actualyl pointless and has NOTHING TO DO WITH MY MAJOR. so much work for no reason i couldnt care less about computersMISM2301 2026-02-02 03:22:38 +0000 UTC
Nice person, but an extremely dry lecturer and does not teach well. She barely explains concepts in class, and spends the entire time explaining complex concepts we were rarely tested on. You are expected to read the textbook and know everything before classes, which makes you question what you're paying for.MGSC2301 2023-05-09 22:43:53 +0000 UTC
The worst. How is this her primary job? She's reading stuff of her slides. I just hope she retires and spares future students the torture.MISM2301 2025-12-18 20:12:37 +0000 UTC
Prof Soule is kind and enjoys what she teaches. Unfortunately she does not know how to teach undergraduate students business statistics. She rarely does examples in class, you have to figure everything out by yourself, is unclear, and if you arent an expert with excel youre in major trouble. She made the class more difficult than it needed to be.MGSC2301 2021-12-14 03:17:44 +0000 UTC
Good professorMISM2301 2025-12-18 06:32:29 +0000 UTC
There are likely better options out there.MISM2301 2025-12-18 02:16:53 +0000 UTC
dry lectures & grades aren't rounded up.MISM2301 2025-12-16 21:42:57 +0000 UTC
What a bore! She really needs to reevaluate her career choices. Currently the worst professor I had and probably the worst professor I'll ever have.MISM2301 2025-12-16 01:28:37 +0000 UTC
Lots of small writing assignments, and you need to make sure to specifically follow her writing format. (Bullet points only, no big paragraphs). Lectures were overall not super interesting, and there was a lot of groupwork throughout the class. The 3 tests are all online, and I think that she grades lighter on you if she likes you, so participateMISM2301 2025-12-15 18:37:19 +0000 UTC
I'm convinced that all her positive reviews are written by her. Such a terrible professor whose lectures are a snooze fest. I've got a good grade, but didn't learn anything at all. What a joke.MISM2301 2025-12-05 03:37:17 +0000 UTC
such a sweetheart in the class. can be a mix of lectures and group work in the class (i hated the group work). 3 tests which are all online and 1 final project and assignments were sometimes difficult to understand since she wanted specific requirements (no paragraphs, but bullet points instead). only annoying thing is she kept us overtime.MISM2301 2025-11-21 03:37:57 +0000 UTC
She is super sweet and definitely appreciated if you make any sort of effort to participate, certainly recommend her!MISM2301 2025-04-21 17:48:56 +0000 UTC
Decent class, but she definitely favored some groups over others when grading group projectsMISM2301 2025-02-06 03:13:33 +0000 UTC
She is such a sweetheart! Despite the reviews, her grading really isn't that tough if you make sure your responses are thorough and you follow her format. DO NOT write case studies or discussions in paragraph form. Also make sure to participate, because that grade really matters to her. Overall, the course was easy if you follow instructions.MISM2301 2025-01-06 03:38:00 +0000 UTC
Although professor soule can be a very tough grader, the class is not super difficult. So long as you do the assignments on time and put effort into it, as well as attend class and participate, it should be an easy A-. She is a very kind professor and cares about what she teaches. Just put in the effort and you'll be fine.MISM2301 2024-12-15 09:47:17 +0000 UTC
