lectures were boring and she would read off the board, they included little to no content that was related to the exams. seemed like she didn't want to teach. great person but always cancelled class. 3 big assignments. 3 exams (non-cumulative and online) and no final. Professor Masiello's lectures were not engaging and interesting at all; she basically read through her slides. Also, exam questions were barely covered on the slides,and you must read the entire textbook to do well on exams. I liked Dee as a person but as a professor I found her frustrating. After my group received an A- on a project we asked how we could improve, and she gave almost no feedback and seemed to say we did everything right, yet didn't get an A. Love this prof. Class is very group work heavy, one group for the entire semester. A few exams, all open notes, no final. Participation matters HEAVILY. Professor Masiello is a great professor. She is extremely caring of her students. The tests are take-home and online but with lockdown browser and webcam. No final exam, just a presentation with a group. Overall, very easy class and she makes it enjoyable. She's funny, caring and communicative. Her lectures are enjoyable.
