If I could give Heidi a 0 for a rating I would. No clear guidelines, favoritism, hypocritical, and assigns unnecessary work. She took a fun and interesting topic and butchered it to the point of no return. She gave really helpful feedback on papers and was very understanding about student's circumstances in relation to extending due dates when necessary.
