Cool dude, really knows his stuff. Sometimes rambles, but hey what professor doesn't? Really in-depth for test reviews and almost always tries to help out kids who are struggling in one way or another. Professor Bennett is a really good professor, he teaches material clearly and is very responsive to any questions. These ratings are not true. He's very not a good professor but does curve his exams a lot. Keep in mind we got 2 note sheets for exam 1, 4 for exam 2, and 8 for the final and people were still failing. His class forces you to study a lot, but it's all on your own based on the book. Dr. Bennett is great. I had him for BIOL 2301. His lectures are long and his handwriting is sometimes impossible to read but he explains concepts very well. His exams are pretty hard but curved.
