I loved her. I took her for both A&P 1 and 2 with her and she was great for both. All of the info you need is on the slides and if you actually study its an easy A. The slides, which she reads straight off of, are too simple to make a student gain the complex knowledge required for her tests. I recommend skipping class and going through the slides slowly and chatgpt concepts that are unclear (which is most of it). honestly a fair professor, exams are usually straight forward. Genuinely seems like she doesn't know what she's talking about. She just reads off the slides and only chooses to answer questions that are on the slides. She gives many tests that are just so conceptual and not straightforward, so prepare to study a lot. It's only difficult because she struggles to teach in an effective manner. Overall, your going to find yourself studying to survive, not to actually learn and retain the information which sucks. Tests are made to trick you, not for you to succeed. I loved this class and I loved having her as a professor. I don't know if she changed her style or the course but after having her for both 1 and 2 I think she's a great professor. Also her lectures are basically just reading off the slides w/ some small additions so don't really need to go to class tbh. I thought knew what I was getting myself into, but somehow it's so much worse. She has three tests throughout the semester and then the final, accounts for 90% of your grade. She talks (well more like reads off the slide) way too fast. She records all her lectures so you can stop showing up to lectures. i don't think professor peacock's low rating is fair. as long as you pay attention to lectures, it is easy to do well. i never saw an exam Q that i had no clue how to answer. she gives a lot of options to do well (exams, participation, quizzes, etc). she was accommodating when i had to reschedule an exam for an emergency. highly recommend her.BIO2219 2025-05-12 12:13:33 +0000 UTC

Professor Peacock is the most horrible and unprofessional teacher I've ever had. Each exam can make or break your entire grade so doing poorly on one tanks your grade. It's all MC but the questions are impossible. Nothing like what we learn in class. She reads off the board word for word so there's no point in going to class.
