I geniunely think Dr. Hazen knows everything about this field. However, I did not do as well as I had hoped because I did not use her aid as much as I should've. despite being a lower level class it is tough and quick to fall behind in. case briefs are essential for a good grade, exams are hard, don't think open note = easyCRIM1110 2025-04-03 18:02:48 +0000 UTC
Professor Hazen is a brilliant teacher and so invested in the work that she does. Her assignments and lectures are incredibly informative and essential to prepare for any career related to law. She is a fair grader and accessible to all students. I am so thankful that I was able to learn from her!CRIM1110 2024-11-20 19:17:53 +0000 UTC
This is one of the best classes at NU. The professor knows so much about the law and criminal due process and works hard to make the material engaging and understandable. She is happy to meet out of class and talk about her work and the topics in class. There is a mid-term/final, open-note, and case briefs, slightly difficult but totally doable.CRIM1110 2024-11-20 19:16:58 +0000 UTC
