Laura has great slides but the course covers a lot of material which she rushes through sometimes. Tests are fair but you really need to study and go to class to get a good grade. Not an easy class by any means. There is a lot of work and reading but in the end you learn a lot of relevant material.CRIM2200 2011-01-08 21:30:01 +0000 UTC

Laura Gross is a good teacher, tells you whats going to be on tests, willing to help you/the class when needed. Expects the readings to be done because class participation is expected ... overall take her. shes coolCRIM2200 2010-11-02 08:53:44 +0000 UTC
She's a really nice teacher, easy to understand. You're SUPPOSED to read a lot in that class, but I never did and still scored well on the tests. There is a one page paper to write every other week. Definitely take her.CRIM2200 2010-10-28 20:22:16 +0000 UTC
She lectures almost entirely off of slides that are posted online so it seems kind of unnecessary to go to class; except she takes attendance. Not necessary to copy down slides since they are online, just take notes on what she says. Read the articles that she assigns because she expects a lot of class participation.CRIM2200 2009-12-22 15:05:16 +0000 UTC
