From the first day of class, she showed her inability to conduct class efficiently. Registration for sections caused huge problems. Further, she is unable to communicate effectively and often spends her time taking in circles about the same subject. Valencia probably had a lot of potential at one point, but seems to be stuck in a bad way of teaching. She does try to bring in outside resources, but usually it winds up being 10-20 page articles about nothing. She takes the class very seriously, but often will do things for no reason.
