Professor Allshouse is super smart. He's very personable too. I originally had a different professor but I starting going to his lectures and eventually officially switched into his class since he was just so much better. Michael is possibly the best professor I have had in my life. His lectures are gold and possibly the only way someone should go about teaching Computational Fluid Dynamics. For the first time ever, I actually saw some value to having homework. Every word, every minute is useful. Michael is the best professor I ever had. He let me come to his office hours and lectures even though I had a different professor. He's very helpful and knows how to explain everything to students super well. He would turn my 30 minutes of questions into 5 minutes of perfect answers. Prof. Allshouse is a solid lecturer and highlights the practical value of CFD. The class is MATLAB heavy and intellectually demanding, but interesting nonetheless.
