Great Professor, a lot of enthusiasm about the subject. He is quite funny, if you have an extremely closed and PC mind you might not enjoy his humor, I did. If you put a decent effort in to watching the films and the few assignments, you will reep the benefits.POLS2333 2016-04-20 14:04:45 +0000 UTC
I was worried that the professor had passed away due to his lack of participation and lack of feedback. This class was taken in an online format, and while the content was good, but the professor was clearly not interested. You're more or less on your own.POL3580 2015-09-03 17:10:37 +0000 UTC
It was a good class, sometimes interesting. His knowledge in the field kinda made the class a bit more fun BUT he is not a good professor at all. Rude and very deceiving. If you can avoid him, then do so. You don't want to waste your time nor ruin your university life.POLS3466 2015-04-22 17:37:26 +0000 UTC
Amazing teacher. Intellectually stimulating while fun and interesting. Amazing class.POLSANDFILM 2013-11-25 11:22:27 +0000 UTC
D'agati loves to tach and is really great at it. If you think the topic of his course sounds interesting than it will be. He is extremely knowledgable so you feel like you are listening to an encyclopedia. His classwork isn't hard if you pay attention and enjoy the topic he just makes you critically think... which is never a bad thing!POLS 2013-04-23 17:48:09 +0000 UTC
Phil is great. Don't take model un if you don't want to participate in model un, but if you do (and you should!), you'll like him. Everybody does. Can't speak for his other classes, but I assume they're fun, because he's a good guy. Highly recommended.POLMUN 2012-01-11 20:55:49 +0000 UTC
Great instructor. Whole class seemed to like lectures/discussions. Course on Politics of the Middle East. He adapted class to events of Arab Spring as they took place. Best class I had this semester. Assignments were fair, but hard to keep track of. Lectures were casual and interactive. Obviously knew a lot about the subject.POLS7376 2011-11-23 01:49:43 +0000 UTC
Attended for MUN course. Made sarcastic political comments, don't really care about progress.MUN1 2011-05-04 12:51:22 +0000 UTC
He's a nice guy; answers all questions and explains things thorougly. Take home final; in class midterm; map quiz. TA's send around an attendance sheet each class. Gives extra credit if you do Model UN. I wouldn't go out of my way to take another class with him, but was glad to have him for IR compared to other options!POLS1160 2011-01-15 22:42:19 +0000 UTC
One of the best Profs I've had. Exams are take-home, attendance is not mandatory, everything you need to write for notes is clearly said twice. He will answer any question, if he does not know he will admit it and have an answer for you next class. A true class act with a sense of humor.POLSXXXX 2010-03-24 22:09:17 +0000 UTC
Nice professor, rather easy class but found it interesting. Only had 2 takehome exams and a paperPOL320 2006-08-28 19:38:51 +0000 UTC
Is this a joke? How can he be rated so high? Worst professor I ever had! Difficult to deal with, set in his own ways, not willing to conform to the needs of students, rude. Don't take his class again!INTL 2005-12-20 15:56:56 +0000 UTC
Good to listen to if your interested in politics, understands students because he is young and logical in assignmentsINTRELATIONS 2005-10-12 16:42:57 +0000 UTC
I only had him for Model UN and Arab League. He is a PHD student. Nice young guy who is very knowledgeable in international affairs. I strongly recommend him if you are takign Model UN or Arab with him. However, I am not sure how he is in a traditionalMODELUNARAB 2005-09-04 07:59:16 +0000 UTC
