He had issues with his PC and cancelled 1st class last minute, and then schedules a make up on Friday night and did not show up, later saying he was in a different online room (almost suggesting it was our fault). Avoid at all cost! He seems to be nice at first, but he is an unfair grader. No partial credit on question. For our final he did not tell us howlong it was going to be and after 1:15 he just asked us to turn in our exams... The entire class complained about it but he did not change his mind. Confusing and disrespectful. We did the Mirrasou Vineyard case, where the answer involved putting freshly picked grapes into a carbon-dioxide environment to preserve them. Before knowing the answer, I suggested putting them in a nitrogen saturated environment and Prof. Balanchandra laughed in my face. awful awful awful. sucks at teaching - he doesn't teach you everything he expects you to know for test and assumes you will teach it to yourself or remember stuff (like formulas and how to use them) from past stats classes.
