Prof Williams was an amazing co-op class teacher. He was very calming and reassuring to all students who were stressed about finding a co-op. Professor Williams obviously cares very much about his job and the welfare of his students. That being said, he seemed extremely overtaxed, but he really does have connections in the CJ world and knowing him is definitely an advantage.
