I thought this was a great introduction to a finance course, lightly covering each topic. The professor tried to engage us and is passionate about the course. There are 10 weekly quizzes (lowest 2 dropped), a final (easier than the quizzes), and extra credit. He talks to us like we're like 5 but it works when the topic is complicated. Participation is through PollEverywhere which is nice because it gives everyone an opportunity to take part in class. Prof Wolfe is super nice guy. His lectures are boring and I didn't really pay attention ngl, but that's finance for you. The tests are hard but as long as you study the assessments/hws A LOT you will be fine. Attendance isn't mandatory, but you're graded on participation for each unit using polleverywhere. He allows cheat sheets for both midterms and the final, and a bunch of easy points assignments and extra credit opportunities. Very nice guy but the class is entirely based on Connect assignments which can be random and not reflective of what we practice in class.
