This was by far the worst experience I had with a professor. The grading is incredibly tough, the majority of the class was set to fail before the final, but 75% received a C+. PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE CORONA.FINA4526 2020-04-24 18:42:09 +0000 UTC
Prof Brown is obviously very knowledgeable of alternative investments, but fails quite incredible as a teacher. Our class nearly had a mutiny on its hands before half got C+s. No room for error, papers are graded critically, and a minor mistake in the written portion of a test can result in a 0 on the whole section. Please don't take him.FI0000 2019-01-14 15:02:41 +0000 UTC
As nice of a person as he is, Craig Brown is an awful teacher. He knows the subject, but fixates a lot on the most mundane things, and doesn't know how to explain them to students understandably. Don't expect to do well on his tests; you'll have hard questions and no margin for errors. Unless you're good at finance, try taking it with someone else.FINA2209 2018-04-19 15:17:53 +0000 UTC
