A Great Professor that makes Macro almost enjoyable! His powerpoints are easy to follow, and he comes across very clear with the core concepts. The tests are very easy, especially if you go to his review sessions which help narrow down the concepts which will be covered. Grades are based on a curve though, so keep up with the homework!ECON1115 2012-11-13 00:33:34 +0000 UTC
Had him for macro - one of the most useful and informative classes/professors I've ever had... Always makes time to help you, up-to-date with current events, sticks to the schedule and HW assignments, and engages the class. Really nice guy too. Homework and quizzes help a lot, as do class discussions. I wish i could take this class again.ECON1102 2010-08-11 14:44:16 +0000 UTC
NO CLASS ATTENDANCE MANDATORY, INTERESTING GUY, MAKES CLASS PRETTY WELCOMINGECON1002 2010-03-01 18:17:37 +0000 UTC
Class attendance not required, very nice and helpful teacher. Grade is fairly averaged throughout multiple assignments during semester. Prof is very understanding and review sessions are extremely helpful for all quizzes and tests.ECON115 2009-11-23 15:57:38 +0000 UTC

Only 2 tests and homework, final exam is 45% of your grade. Very few grades so if you mess up on one, you have a bad grade. Very boring class but greenfield means the best. Not easy if you have never taken econ beforeECON1115 2011-12-20 12:33:49 +0000 UTC
Great guy! Ask for and attend his study sessions and read the book and you will do well.ECON115 2009-04-21 15:25:48 +0000 UTC
He is well-meaning and a fair grader. I don't agree with other people here saying he is boring because I didn't find that to be the case when I had him. I would recommend him.ECON1115 2011-09-21 06:59:54 +0000 UTC
Greenfield is a boring teacher, however that doesn't matter as his class is easy and he is an fair grader. Take his class if you want a good grade and don't like going to class personally. My advice, read the textbook by yourself and you will be fine. Also I might add, he is extremely helpful and will always try to help you out.ECON1115 2011-04-09 18:02:21 +0000 UTC
Profesor Greenfield is a nice guy and means well. His class can be boring since he reads off his powerpoints most of the time. He goes off in random tangents sometimes during the lectures that gets confusing. You can tell that he is relatively new at teaching but overall he is a pretty decent econ professor.ECON1115 2011-04-01 19:09:22 +0000 UTC
One of the best teachers i've ever had. I say this because many teachers do have the knowledge but are just terrible at teaching it and explaining it to students. Luckily that was not the case with mr greenfield. A very fun and interesting lad. Class atendance with focus and homework will do you justice.ECON1115 2011-04-01 08:53:04 +0000 UTC
Very helpful, informative guy. Attendance isnt mandatory but is probably best if youre looking for a really good grade in the class. Beware that only 2 tests occur in the semester, so one screw up could cost you alot.ECON1115 2010-11-04 18:09:43 +0000 UTC
He is a great guy. He cares about his students, and wants them to do well. He explains the material very well! Take his class!ECON1115 2010-04-26 18:07:25 +0000 UTC
