I think take this class only if you absolutely love immunology and can remember terminologies because it gets a bit lecture heavy and you do need to read a lot. I loved the class honestly but it's definitely not easy. Overall, really good professor and he ensures that you understand the concepts. I LOVED this class! The topic was tough but Edward Geisinger prioritized understanding over grades, give great feedback and loves engaging with students, super passionate about bio and science. Has PPT slides for students w/ ipads and each class you go over the article you were just assigned as a group. It can get a little boring but the tests were online and open-book so completely worth it. You can tell from his lectures that Geisinger loves what he does. We analyzed plenty of scientific articles but they were all gone over in detail during class. If you understood the article fully when you read it, some lectures could be pretty boring. Overall an interesting topic and taught well.
