Really boring lectures and class exercises that felt pretty pointless, but it may also just be the material. Professor Lassk's grading criteria was often unclear. She would take points off for not including something that was never communicated to be a requirement. Very unorganized canvas page.MKTG3401 2026-02-10 00:49:13 +0000 UTC
This is a good class and you get to learn different research methods. Guests speakers are good too which adds practicality. Prof Lassk is kind and knows her stuff. The text book is not used a lot although it is better than other statistics books. The amount of time required for deliverables is sometimes more than necessary.MKTG210 2008-03-11 21:19:18 +0000 UTC
Assignments are pretty easy, but group project is a pain. Also graded participation, which favors students who love to hear their own voice.MKTU201 2007-11-16 12:59:11 +0000 UTC
Decent teacher. Very nice, but you don't learn a whole lot from her class. She is also a tough grader when it comes to tests.MARKETRESEARCH 2006-03-23 18:58:21 +0000 UTC
She's a good teacher who knows what she is talking about since she is still in the industry. A bit of a tough grader at times but always fair. She lets you argue for more points on tests. I would recommend her to anyone needing this course.MKT301 2005-12-19 00:10:46 +0000 UTC
She is a horrible grader, with unfair tests and no class structure. GET OUT!MARKETINGRESEA 2005-12-01 16:13:05 +0000 UTC
She is nice, and she doesn't grade so hard. The exam was extreamly hard, but she curved it so it was cool, or else both of her class would average 60. Take her and I promise you will get a B- or higherMKTU401 2004-12-13 18:16:07 +0000 UTC
This teacher is terrible at explaining material and the lectures are painfully boring. Our exam was 3 hours long despite class being 1.5 hours, forcing 20+ students into her office to finish. She ignores student feedback and assigns extremely difficult SPSS work without proper guidance. She gives us homework/projects with no guidance or outline.MKTG3401 2025-04-26 23:13:12 +0000 UTC
This was one of the easiest classes ever. We spent the entire semester working on a Citi Bank project. You didn't even have to show up to class to get a B or better!MARKETRESEARCH 2005-09-04 11:48:37 +0000 UTC
LOVE Felicia! She's an amazing professor who is super approachable and experienced within the field of market research. I personally wasn't ecstatic to be taking a course concerning anything with analytics, but she made me fall in love with the subject. The class is HEAVY on group projects and she's definitely a difficult grader. Would def again.MKTG3401 2022-06-30 20:07:47 +0000 UTC
Felicia is a very nice person, however her class is taught in an interesting way. There are many printed handouts - making it feel like you're in elementary school. The Role Plays are a high percentage of your grade & they are super awkward, although I understood her reasoning for it, it just felt very staged and unnatural. Easy grader though.MKTG3401 2017-04-21 12:08:03 +0000 UTC
great teacher...exams were easy and she is really nice...the semester project long and she was a tough grader on it...but overall i really liked her and would def take her againMKTG3401 2011-04-28 13:10:50 +0000 UTC
