Krull's great! He knows loads, funny guy and truly cares about the subject. He pretty much follows the book. Downside: it's a fair amount of work but this is college, get real. Also, he gives loads of chances for extra credit and awards bonus points for regular participation. This class was the most interesting and my favorite by far. Seriously? You guys are all on crack. Krull is an amazing teacher, he pretty much does it straight out of the book, and that works. Unless you're a lazy**** and don't bother to read the stuff beforehand then you'll get lost. Had Krull general chem 1 and got a C+. Had Whitten general chem 2 and got an A. I didnt change my study habbits and general chem 2 should be harder. Just goes to show the teacher you have can make a difference. DONT TAKE KRULL!!CHM211 2007-11-13 11:16:36 +0000 UTC

He talks extremely fast and rarely talks about chemistry. If you pay attention it's passable but it is very hard to pay attention and you will most likely end up aleeping or skipping class. The TAs are VERY helpful so ask them for help. He grades on a bell curve so it is very hard to do well. HATE HIMCHEMSECT 2006-11-13 18:06:21 +0000 UTC

Worst class ever! I can point out specifically a few times where he says the exact opposite of what is written in the book. His class is all about trick answers and people tend to do better the less they study. He doesn't care that half the class is faiing. Krull cracks me up!! he's really funny and his jokes do make you laugh. he speaks really fast, but if you read the text on your own, the class is really easy. he's very student-oriented, so if you ever need anything or have any questions, he's always there to help.CHEM1 2005-10-18 20:30:27 +0000 UTC
Krull goes very fast and his lectures can be extremely confusing if you're not paying attention the whole time which most people don't since the class is pretty boring.
