Very lecture heavy. Although he does post slides, you do miss out by not showing up to class. He gives a lot of opportunities to ask questions or comment so come prepared with the reading to participate. Not too harsh of a grader if you follow all the instructions. He is a pretty straight forward guy, lectures can be a bit boring at times but as long as you look through the content of the Powerpoint before a test you're good to go. Group assignments aren't graded too harshly, but be prepared to be put on the spot with tough questions from him. He's really funny, and a super intelligent person. He knows what he's talking about so he talks a lot but you learn so much. Not test or quiz. You have to do a debate, 3 papers, a presentation and a group discussion. Just start writing ahead of time because the first paper takes a lot of work.
