Take her nutrition class! I learned a lot without having to work a lot and it's a pretty interesting course and I actually changed my diet and lifestyle based on some of the things I learned in class. Probably the sweetest teacher I have ever had. She is exactly like a mom and willing to help anyone. Although going to class is not necessary at ALL, it is still interesting and you can get an A without going. Such a nice woman who is really into her field. Professor Richman is such an empathetic & caring professor. She's accommodating for people with disabilities. I struggled with medical & mental health issues & she was always willing to support me in any way. The quizzes can be tricky so make sure to memorize the study guides. The class consists of five quizzes and two papers with guidelines that are difficult not to follow. She wants every student to succeed and it would be difficult to get anything lower than an A. Prof Richman has a fair to easy class, and as long as you put in a little effort and start working on the 2 major assignments around a week in advance it is hard not to get an A. Prof. Richman is the BEST! So kind and understanding. Grade is basically 5 quizzes, but she gives a really good review the class before, and 2 "papers", but you just have to put effort in and respond to the questions.
