Super reachable outside of class and always willing to meet with you for extra help. However, be aware the exams are NOT multiple choice even though the syllabus clearly says so. He was an amazing professor during my course. Even though it was online, the video lectures were extremely educational and taught better than the textbooks. When it came to grading, I was able to understand what I needed to write because the rubrics were easy to understand and descriptive. Even though it was an online class, Prof. D'Souza was easily accessible and incredible at helping me keep up with the class. I had the pleasure to be a student of Mr. D'Souza in the Spring of 2017. I was able to learn the material very well. He was always available to answer any questions I had, and also able to use his outside experience to make the material easier to understand. Fantastic professor across the board. Financial management can leave students lost in the theory due to the broad subjects, but Prof. D'Souza made sure to constantly provide real life examples from articles, things he has dealt with / received in the mail, breaking down news, etc. to always put things into practice.
