Amazing person. Very caring and passionate. She puts a lot of work into the course material. The weekly open-note quizzes were helpful and the group projects were fun. She made learning R fun and approachable, not just something we had to do for a grade. Honestly, one of the nicest and dedicated professors I've ever had. Can become defensive at times but other than that knows the R and a strong amount of concept. weekly quizzes are pretty easy just understand the concept and the basic functions regarding it. 3 part group project. loved professor Rossi's course, she's very passionate about the material! we had a quiz every week but they were relatively straightforward and also open note. attendance and participation matter. a few group projects that were a bit tedious but nothing too difficult and one presentation towards the end.
