This is a great professor. His slides are so helpful and he provides a lot of pollEv in class and answers students questions no matter what to make sure the class understands the content. The Professor literally said in the first class "I don't have time to teach so I won't be covering anything during the live session unless you ask me questions." I am not sure if he lazy but he does not covering anything unless you ask him to. Prof. Faleye is a very smart professor who knows what he talks about. This class is very textbook heavy and the quizzes requires you to actually read the book since they are kind of hard. His lectures are very interesting and help you understand the mechanisms in and around M&A. Professor Faleye is really sweet and will offer help whenever needed. But, this is a really hard course to follow and if you missed one class you already fall behind. The final worth 45% of the grade which is unfair. He spent valuable time on new topics before the final and mid term that were NOT even on the tests. Also, speaks with a thick accent and hard to understand, always uses Excel vs the online textbook which adds complexity. Be prepared to be confused by his class structure. The professor is unforgiving, but after taking a class with him, you will retain that info for the rest of your life. Be prepared to earn your grade. If I were you I would never take a class with this Professor because he cares very little for his students. In class he shows that he cares much more about the material in the class and getting through it rather than what the students get out of it.
