Super nice guy and enjoys what he is teaching. Very passionate. The material is really difficult though if you have never been exposed to so many analytical techniques. Exams are so hard. Take this only if it is required.CHEM5612 2017-02-05 07:25:58 +0000 UTC

Really nice professor but blows through examples with almost no explanation of the core concepts. Very helpful during office hours but lectures are very tough to follow. Even for a full semester class I felt like the pace was way too fast. I'd recommend him as a tutor for this class if you have extra questions but not the teaching professor.CHEM2321 2011-12-05 18:53:41 +0000 UTC

Vouros was a very nice guy. However, in my opinion he was a very poor teacher. I did not benifit from his teaching style but that is not to say others will not. I just don't find that doing problems without engaging the students is helpful. Oh yea, and the snort has got to go...CHM321 2005-04-26 18:30:21 +0000 UTC
Honestly if you don't like this professor and you think he's as awful as some of these people think you really don't belong in college. It's the truth, he is the most helpful and caring teacher Northeastern has! His tests do challenge you to think but if you prepare for them and do the practice problems you should be able to get an A. JUST TRY!!!CHEM2321 2009-04-19 19:26:32 +0000 UTC
not a great class, very boring. The tests are only easy if you go to his reviews, if you don't, they are impossible. Studying teh book does not helpANALYTICAL 2005-04-10 13:12:45 +0000 UTC
Vouros is such a great guy. He is a bit difficult to understand at first because of his accent, but his willingness to help students overcomes that barrier. Go to extra review sessions and speak with him every chance you get. GREAT GREAT GUY!!ANALYTICAL 2004-11-01 22:27:26 +0000 UTC
