Prof. Herron is the GOAT. Very unique but effective teaching style. Assignments can be a bit tough but are some of the most interesting assignments I've done in college. Grading can be sometimes a bit unclear, but if you put in a decent amount of work you will be more than fine. He is a nice and carrying guy, but his grading of cases and test is rather harsh. Furthermore, his tests are really difficult at least for FINA4320. Professor Herron is truly amazing at teaching and as a person. He cared and tried to understand the mental health problems I was having(anxiety, depression and adhd led to skipping classes, etc.) He ccommodated me by allowing me to attend thru zoom and supporting me instead of replying dismissively or not believing me like my other professors.FINA3301 2022-03-07 14:35:58 +0000 UTC
Richard is truly passionate about Corporate Finance. All assignments are worth 15% except Final, which is 30%. He really cares about the subject and goes above and beyond to share real life examples which is really helpful. He is an easy grader (all my tests and projects are 95+).
