I expect my guidelines for the exam to be clear. The fact that there is over 5 major discrepancies in different parts of the canvas regarding the midterm is intolerable. really tough class!! but prof made it really accessible. his instruction style is a bit fast for me, but he records everything on zoom so its easy to teach yourself the concepts. even though he says attendance isn't mandatory, i would recommending going in person to learn the topics.FINA4512 2024-06-23 16:52:46 +0000 UTC
Amazing professor who really cares about his students, and also super accessible outside of class. If you go to his lectures, he explains the concept really well, and you will do good on his exams. AMAZING PROFESSOR. Clearly knows his stuff, makes derivatives easy to understand, math intensive but nothing difficult. 3 tests each worth 20% and 1 final worth 40% but as long as you study the slides and do practice problems, you're set. This professor seems like a very nice guy but he curves the class average to a C which could mess up your grade if you struggle with the content at all. He is a really good professor, if you get the chance, take his class. He is super helpful, and explains everything in detail. testa weren't that bad either. Love Prof. A. One of the best teachers I've had at Northeastern. Very funny and interesting lectures, made finance accessible even if you have no prior knowledge going into the course. Professor Acharya is a great professor. I know a lot of business students complain about having to take fin management / struggle with it, but he made the course very clear and easy to understand.
