Very kind and understanding, if you have anything he is always willing to listen and accommodate. Like the previous review said, just work hard on the review sheets because the questions will be on the exams themselves. Quite an easy grader as long as you put in the right ideas. Overall a great professor that makes class fun to go to.ECON1115 2024-11-26 03:23:52 +0000 UTC
This is my favorite professor at Northeastern, although I didn't do too well in the class it was completely my fault. He gives practice tests that are very similar to the test. There was one group assignment, but it was pretty quick and nice grade booster. He truly cares about you doing well and will give you all the help you need.ECON2315 2024-01-08 17:05:40 +0000 UTC
Fantastic Professor who does very well in giving in-depth lectures on the curriculum. Good balance of assignments and makes tests easy to study for. His practice tests will often have questions that are present in the official test.ECON1115 2024-01-12 21:18:17 +0000 UTC
Probably one of the kindest professors I have ever had. He really cares about his students and their progress . Get ready to be organized to excel in his class. Overall great person and teacher. Sometimes lectures are a little mundane but what do you expect its macro...ECON2315 2023-12-07 01:52:52 +0000 UTC
Super passionate about economics, wants to see all students succeed. Tests are very straightforward and easy if you do the practice beforehand. I would suggest reading the textbook chapters before the lectures to make them a little easier. Lectures can feel long at times but he gives ten minute breaks which is great. Overall a great teacher!ECON1115 2023-12-28 16:15:54 +0000 UTC
hes great, just do the practice tests and take time on the few homeworks there are assignedECON2315 2023-11-14 14:45:51 +0000 UTC
He's pretty nice and you can tell that he cares about the class. All the homeworks are pretty easy and for all the tests he posts a practice test that tends to be pretty similar. Sometimes he's hard to understand but if you follow the slides you'll be good. Join if you want a good grade and don't care too much about the details of macroeconomics.ECON1115 2023-12-11 00:56:35 +0000 UTC
I've taken macroeconomic theory with this professor, and returned this semester for microeconomic theory. His lectures are clear, he is very well-versed in the material, and he is very available for clarifications. I thoroughly enjoy learning with him and he is also very understanding about certain situations.ECON2315 2023-03-02 05:53:19 +0000 UTC
I think this professor is a very responsible professor. He will patiently answer my question when I don't understand something. I promise, if you pay attention in class, there shouldn't be too much problem in the exam. More importantly, through the course taught by this professor, I have a clear understanding of the framework of macroeconomics.ECON2315 2023-02-24 19:15:57 +0000 UTC
Very by the book prof. His lectures are pretty much him regurgitating the textbook back to you and his homework and tests are almost exactly taken from the textbook as well. Happy to answer questions and a very considerate prof, but you will need to pretty much teach yourself most of the material.ECON2315 2023-01-09 04:28:36 +0000 UTC
