She is actually very understanding and wants students to succeed. After the first two exams, she gave a feedback survey on lectures, teaching, and exams. Exams are reasonable and open note, but rushed; practice exams help. The worst teacher I have ever had. Awful teaching method. Terrible grading approach. My friends at previous university of this professor (North Carolina State Uni) also had very bad experiences with her.
