Really great professor! Course content was extremely clear. Slides had all the information you needed to master for exams. Her exams were fair and based off of the many in class practice problems we worked through together. The professor is extremely nice and responsive to emails. I took it as an asynchronous class, but the lectures were explained well, and it was easy to follow. Took her FINA3301 class. It was 3 exams, 2 group projects, and some hw assignments. Practice exams are helpful; the exams aren't too bad (Canvas in-person exams). Attendance is mandatory (3 absences allowed) and lectures are pretty boring (mostly reading off slides) but overall not a bad experience. 10/10! Very based and will cold call you and make make a joke or two if you get the answer wrong but really cares about her students. Class is mostly her reading through the slides– usually rushes through the examples without giving much time for you to do it yourself. But it's really easy to fall behind on the material if you don't attend class and try to follow along with examples.
